To control stress, first and foremost identity the symptoms, identify the symptoms. It is always very difficult to see or understand why stress bothers you for each situation you face. A few of the most common events that trigger stress and anxiety are the child birth, loss of job new relationship, and death of a loved one. Any major change in life has the propensity to increase your stress and anxiety. In other words the body cries for help under these symptoms of stress and anxiety.

To manage stress, first and foremost, find out the root cause that triggers the problem. Go to a calm place where you can meditate and be fear form the madding crowd. It is only when you identify the source of your over whelming emotions, can you attempt controlling them. Otherwise share your problems with others for a different perspective. They may enlighten you on things you have not thought upon.

Find out the reason for your stress from a different view after you have identified the root cause. Analyze things with a sense of humour to find that it is not that bad after all.
If you fail to see any humour in your emotions, find out the cause for your stress and anxiety. If it is beyond your control it is meaning less to attempt to control them. The best thing is to avoid all negative thoughts. Positive thoughts will surely give rise to positive emotions.
