It is very common to confront anxiety symptoms as we face regular anxious situations. It may be fear in an unfamiliar city or being late for a job interview or due to a phone call at midnight-such anxieties are usual at one point or other during our lives. A few people exhibit anxiety symptoms for no valid reason at all and confuse these with the symptoms of heart attack

or some other ailment. Panic attack victims confuse the two viz. anxiety and heart attack. Anxiety symptoms are different for different persons. Anxiety symptoms are pronounced in people just before speaking to colleagues just before getting, married or on seeing police officers when you open the door.

These situations will surely make a person tense and nervous. Anxiety symptoms include asphyxia, tingling or numbness in the fingers, face or toes, stomach aches and head aches. They can easily be confused with heart attacks or asthma, or some other conditions.

A regular occurrence of these conditions and for no reason necessitates a proper consultation with the doctor. The doctor has to eliminate the cause of a heart attack or some thing serious like that or prescribe medications or therapies for anxiety symptoms. He should also try to find out why you are tense and anxious at the outset. There may be a few chemical imbalances in your mind and you may have to learn a few positive ways of thinking about a situation to be free from anxiety and nervousness.
