The most common among a variety of different symptoms in panic attack are palpitation of the heart and great fear. The attack usually ranges between a fe minutes to an hour. An imminent danger may cause an attack and at times it occurs without any warning.

The main symptoms of panic attack are (1) palpitation of the heart (2) shortness of breath (3) intense fear (4) trembling (5) dizziness (5) unreality.

Children are more affected by the panic attack symptoms because they cannot manage them like the adults. Adults understand that panic attack symptoms are not fatal where as children are desperately afraid of the symptoms.

Panic attacks are family inherited and can cause serious complications in children if left un-treated. The child’s relationship with family and other students in school are affected resulting in poor grades and over all poor development.
