Panic attacks occur when a person is in an imminent danger or in no danger or in an ordinary situation. Panic attack can strike suddenly and without any warning when other people are nearby. There is a slow but steady progress of panic symptoms when the attack takes place. Feelings of fear and anxiety reach their peak finally.
