Post traumatic stress, for example is a common anxiety disorder found among ex-army soldiers, or those who have lived in war torn areas, or the sufferers of natural disasters or victims of crime. These terrible events, in their life trigger certain unavoidable reactions like being jumpy or tense at in appropriate times when some body touches them unexpectedly. Panic attack is classified as the third type of anxiety disorder. This feeling can attack a person at any time and place including his bed. Panic attack may be triggered by some uncomfortable events and situations like being in a crowded room or while speaking in public. Children and adults, for no reason can become victims of panic attack.
