It is obvious that anxiety symptoms emanate from anxiety disorder which, occur due to a change in the way amygdale, a small organ in the subconscious brain reacts. This is also called as the anxiety switch for effective treatment you should focus on these symptoms and aim at the root causes of anxiety disorders, an inappropriate reaction of the amygdale.

Many persons, at one time or other have experienced anxiety symptoms and dealt with them effectively. An unusual increase of adrenalin in blood releases a normal but wrong chain reaction causing powerful anxiety symptoms adversely afflicting the person.
